I completed 26 years of training and racing triathlon. My first triathlon was on April 13th 1997. Fortunately I always have been involved with sports. When I was child I was lucky to have the opportunity to study in an excellent private school because my mother was a teacher and I received free scholarship. My physical education teachers introduced soccer, volleyball and basketball; I played basketball in school for 5 years. I also practiced judo when was child. As a teenager I started classic equestrian, swimming and biathlon. I love sports that include interacting with nature.
I conquered three Silver Medal representing Team USA at International Triathlon Union Long Distance Triathlon World Championship in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
I love the training and interaction with the nature.
Being an endurance coach is great for me because it allows me to help others reach their dreams and share my passion.
Since my beginning in Triathlon, fortunately I have received a great deal of support from my family and friends.
As an athlete, I still racing well and as a coach, I will keep guiding properly my athletes to succeed.
Whatever you choose to do in your life, do it with love, passion, respect and knowledge.
Enjoy the opportunity to know about yourself and enjoy and respect the nature around you.
