After recovery from my last race that happened last Monday, May 29th, today I'm getting back in track; what this means, getting back track is return to a normal routine of workouts, organize personal obligations, work, family, etc.
It's very important to be flexible, but also is very important to make sacrifice to keep up with all responsibilities. The balance is the key; priorities first and then accommodate everything else.
It's not possible and it is not smart try to recovery the time passed. Passed is passed. Go from now forward. Future is unknown. Make it right, right now.
